Eligibility for Returns
- Check your order at the time of delivery. If any item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.
- Returns will only be accepted at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is completed and the rider has left, no returns will be processed.
How to Return a Product
- Inspect your order when receiving it.
- If you find any damaged or incorrect items, inform the delivery person immediately.
- The rider will take back the item, and we will either replace it or adjust the amount in your next order.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Replacement – If an item is returned at the time of delivery, we will replace it in your next order.
- Refund – If a replacement is not possible, we will adjust the amount in your next purchase.
- No Returns After Delivery – Once the rider leaves, no return or refund requests will be entertained.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
